Spitz: Happy Bday!!
2056 Colorado Blvd

Hard to believe, but a year has gone by since Spitz openned their doors to the public.

Everyone should get their ass over there and celebrate!

I'm glad to have found your blog--as a Pasadena resident, I'm always looking for reviews of my local restaurants. Thanks for you great posts.

Like the person who posted before me, I'm also quite glad I found your blog.

I'm also from Eagle Rock and I'm so glad that you've featured Spitz here. It's been my recent favorite place to go. Their hummus and fried pita chips are a great snack and perfect as study food. ^_^

My postings are sporadic at best but I'll keep at it. I do eat all over the place and not exclusively in the area. And I have a huge backlog of not-ready-for-prime-time drafts sitting there waiting to go-live. I'll continue to report on stuff that I find and try in the area.

Christina: Thanks so much for the feedback. I'll keep reporting the good, bad and ugly on my constant exploration of Colorado and vicinity. Hopefully, some of it will be useful to people.

P-Chan: Spitz is one of my favorites. The Spitz pita strips are great - the best. (... most of the time - I've had some soggy batches on rare occasions.) The sweet potato fries are great too. Back in my student days, I would have loved to have a Spitz around.
